            The Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line two, after the word “authorized” by changing the period to a comma and adding the following: with the following amendments:

            On page four, section nine, subsection 9.1, by striking out the words “or rest in a single layer”;

            And,

            On page nine, section eighteen, subsection 18.1, by striking out the words “in a single layer”.
